Market Swing!!

Hey everybody hope you all had a great day trading yesterday and made some dough doing it. I just wanted to throw some soup on the hot fire and sip my cold drink as the data pours in at mid day. Wow oil is hot today and look who is cleaning up well what do you know if this company did take take tarp money and be bailed out the story would be different today. Goldman Sachs (GS.N) rocked oil markets for a second day on Tuesday by calling for a near $20 fall in the price of Brent crude oil in the coming months, saying speculators have pushed prices ahead of crude while demand increased. Can the rally continue? Sure it can but it will be a short term rally before you see the course correction and prices will top out at 116 dollars a barrel then reverse back to 80 dollars a barrel before summer hits full swing in most of the countries. I see this correction due to external political problems in the Middle East and lower oil reserves here at home in America. I think the glut of crude oil that is now in storage and also being pumped is going to run low sooner then the market will have a knee jerk reaction to the this and you will see institutional investors first running for the exit gate. This is a good sign of a beginning worsening of the economy as well as spending on consumer goods will also slow down more than it already is at current date. Overall current market data suggests that by mid summer prices on everything from bread to gasoline will continue to out pace inflation by a two to one margin and orders for new products will climb only slightly for the mid quarter of this year. Gold continues to top the list of good investments and so does some commodities such as corn and sow beans used to make alternative fuel. This year so far is a mixed bag of some rally by the bulls on good days on Wall Street but mostly with the Macd chart and Candle Sticks charts topping out much lower than other years we are all in for a rough ride so far this year. Be careful to chart the better companies like YUM Inc. and Microsoft,Verizon are all good to buy into but watch your dividend shares as these companies might have stock splits in the future and you can profit very well from them. If you watch the ratings on Moody,Barrons,Morningstar you can get a real sense of how far the stock or fund is going to do and when to buy and sell it for a good price providing you include your research with your tracking charts to complete the picture of the proformance. Well hope you line your pockets today and have a great day...

Market Investing!!

I want to step up to plate today and look more in depth into the stock market and show you how to make money. The old addage is still true you buy low and sell high but in a ever constantly shifting tide on Wall Street you dont want to go running with the bulls every time the herd goes big into one market or more market areas. Thinking more sensible is a better way of doing it don't follow the herd and be a leader by sifting through the data and going against the market leaders is sure to line your pockets a lot faster than if you follow with your herd and heart and feeling, when the herd is shifting it's position. To be a smart investor is to buy on the dip or watch the bounce much like a ball and get in on your pips when the candlesticks show you to buy not when you try to read the market crest or the market will beat you every time. If you follow simple logic then you stand to gain handsomely from not following what all the other guys are doing. This is really the first rule to investing in a volitile market where you can make a fortune or lose your shirt if you don't follow the rules. Rule number two allways and I can't say it strongly enough read the MacD and also chart the earnings reports for every stoc or bond fund that your vested into so that your not going to get some nasty unexpected suprise like what happened with Bears Stearn and Leaman Brothers when the stock went into the tank and lots of investors lost very big those days when it happened. Rule number three to be a success in this market you have to treat it like a business and that means refer to the other prior rules which includes in perticular not using a buy and hold long term stratergy. If you short your stocks and options on a time frame of one day to 90 days maximum then you reduce your risk by half which will improve your portfolio and keep you vested longer with a good growth margin. This is the best way to do market investing I have found and if you learn these techniques then you will beat the market by a 8 or 10 to 1 margin every time while reducing your cash flow output. I know this sound very technical but follow these steps and your wwell on your way to make a fortune on Wall Street and why not all the other mover and shakers are doing this so you can do it to. In rexcent month the bond maket has been in the tank and the T-Bill and other bonds have declined so they are not a good investment in the early part of this year. The tech stocks have done better in some areas with Facebook,Microsoft, and Verizon leading the edge of higher earning but still the overall sector is a mixed bag right now. Just look at the data the bigger companies are down sizing and merger are the normal way of business becoming like hot cakes on a griddle in order to stay in business this is how they are reacting to the the global shift in technology and manufacturing. Consumer Goods index is showing a slow down which means that manufacturing is being hurt by the loss of revenue which in turn effects everything else including employment. If you look at the current employment data along with consumer lending and credit by the nations bigg3est banks you start to see the overall picture that your better to short your stocks and buy into gold ETFs then buying into the tech giants like Apple right now. That is a smart move currently to do since the next quarters economic data is not out yet so it is better to wait and watch everything before jumping both feet back into a market the will burn your portfolio to seared lobster. Granted there are some good buys out there and if you can buy them on the dip and wait for the short bounce and sell them high then do so knowing that the risk is still there but at least your minimizing them to your portfolio. Allways hedge your risk and do your research before you buy in to any security on the market so that way you go in with your eyes open and then you keep your business running smoothly with positive growth of at least 6 percent a quarter. Investing is a good way to promote wealth at what ever age your at just you have to be smart and keep your feeling out of it at all time that way you win. Have a really great day and read more again...

Wisdom in Business!!

Generally when we think of doing a good job we think of how much money and capitol investment we have made. This is not always true since some of the most successful companies don't measure their success by the by total invested but instead by how much productivity and new products or services that they have achieved since the beginning of each quarter and calender year. When thinking of how to gain wealth you must what? Well create a market share and have a product or service that everyone wants such as what Apple has done with the Ipod and sharing services and now Apple TV. You have to know your demographics and know how to exploit them to be a better profitable company in this age of technology. Working on a good model like Apple is will show you how to adapt to a market that is constantly changing and so your products or services have to evolve all the way with the changes. If your profits sink because of lack of innovation and they will if you don't keep up with current trends then you are not doing well because your shorting your customers on what they want. Most business will see this and add other value added products or services to offset the loss in profitability. This is the only way that a company can weather bad economic times and keep growth going or risk going out of business.

The Welfare State!!

This morning I got to read another writer work and it inspired me to write about the views of to many people that I run into on the street and some friends that I have. I find it interesting to learn from listening from people how government is supposed to care for you if you fall down or just get plain rich robbing the tax payers to support your own needs. It seems that as a nation we have become used to big government caring for everything instead of the individual caring for themselves. The idea that government programs are supposed to support your everything from food to drug addictions and housing is absurd. The fact that everyone now is getting some kind of government no matter weather your rich or poor and have nothing I also think is crazy. What happened to the idea that work and creative ideas can make your life better and increase your standard of living which is dependent on in part money? I have to ask this question since everyone with a few exceptions are self proclaimed government leaching. I am not saying that some people don't need a occasional helping hand but we in America have created a bigger problem with programs like welfare, general public cash assistance, food stamps, foster care payments and the list goes on and on. What a shock it would be to have everyone in America work instead of getting Social Security Disability at age 25 or 35 or some other government entitlement and leaching off all the tax payers who work for a large portion of their lives. We in America have become lazy and say to ourselves that if I don't want to work that is OK since government will support me the rest of my life and with all the programs available I can live better than those who work for a living. I find it is appalling the attitude that the following generations have created by the baby boomer generation that raised kids to be slacker and the lower generations have become even more lazy beyond that. I know that many will disagree with me but I see the future of America as a more grim reminder that we are not schooling our kids to be independent minded and reach for their dreams. i just was talking to a guy today that said he is fifty years old and has two college degrees but can not find work doing anything. This I am finding is not unusual for people in my generation and younger to be on some kind of public aid which they seem to have no problem with taking from some government program. I see it differently having never had any government program or assistance in my life except for college education to better myself. This notion that welfare instead of work and if you work or not you should be sucking on some government gravy train program is just sheer madness. I will never forget my father saying to me that he lived through the great depression and my grand parents and him never took not even one red cent of government assistance in his lifetime and I should do the same thing too. My father had great wisdom in saying this because if you start believing that government will care for you then your life will amount to nothing and he is very right about this as I meet to many fellow Americans who have turned into government lazy leaches and their lives certainly reflect it with accomplishing nothing every day and week, year of their lives. It is a sad lament that we as a free people have given up so much of our sovereignty to our own lazy way and attitude of life that used to never exist a even a hundred years ago. In a mere hundred years we have come to a abyss in our great county were we no longer care for our own well being which is a sad thing for such a great people of creative innovation and wealth. This story is very seriously missed by the main stream media and it should be front page news but instead it is never even barely written about which is shocking to me. In closing I think we need to change our attitude and the way we as Americans live our lives by going back to a prosperity of work and limited government so that we all become better citizens of this great country called America.

Japan Crisis Worsens!!

TOKYO–>> Japan's nuclear crisis appeared to be spinning out of control on Wednesday after workers withdrew briefly from a stricken power plant because of surging radiation levels and a helicopter failed to drop water on the most troubled reactor.

In a sign of desperation, police will try to cool spent nuclear fuel at one of the facility's reactors with water cannon, normally used to quell riots.

Early in the day, another fire broke out at the earthquake-crippled facility, which has sent low levels of radiation wafting into Tokyo in the past 24 hours, triggering fear in the capital and international alarm.

Japan's government said radiation levels outside the plant's gates were stable but, in a sign of being overwhelmed, appealed to private companies to help deliver supplies to tens of thousands of people evacuated from around the complex.

"People would not be in immediate danger if they went outside with these levels. I want people to understand this," Chief Cabinet Secretary told a televised news conference, referring to people living outside a 30-km (18-mile) exclusion zone. Some 140,000 people inside the zone have been told to stay indoors.

The European Union's energy chief, told the European Parliament that the plant was "effectively out of control" after breakdowns in the facility's cooling system.

Workers cleared debris to build a road so fire trucks could reach reactor No. 4 at the Daiichi complex in Fukushima, 240 km (150 miles) north of Tokyo. Flames were no longer visible at the building housing the reactor.

High radiation levels prevented a helicopter from dropping water into the No. 3 reactor to try to cool its fuel rods after an earlier explosion damaged the unit's roof and cooling system.

The plant operator described No. 3 -- the only reactor at that uses plutonium in its fuel mix -- as the "priority." Plutonium, once absorbed in the bloodstream, can linger for years in bone marrow or liver and lead to cancer.

The situation at No. 4 reactor, where the fire broke out, was "not so good," the plant operator added, while water was being poured into reactors No. 5 and 6, indicating the entire six-reactor facility was now at risk of overheating.

"Getting water into the pools of the No.3 and No.4 reactors is a high priority," a senior official at Japan's Nuclear and Industrial Safety Administration, told a news conference, adding the pool for spent fuel rods at No. 3 was heating up while No.4 remained a concern.

"It could become a serious problem in a few days," he said.

A military helicopter may be used again to try to drop water and troops mobilized to help pump water by land, he said.

Nuclear experts said the solutions being proposed to quell radiation leaks at the complex were last-ditch efforts to stem what could well be remembered as one of the world's worst industrial disasters.

"This is a slow-moving nightmare," said Dr Thomas Neff, a physicist and uranium-industry analyst at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Japanese Emperor, delivering a rare video message to his people, said he was deeply worried by the country's nuclear crisis which was "unprecedented in scale."

"I hope from the bottom of my heart that the people will, hand in hand, treat each other with compassion and overcome these difficult times," the emperor said.

Panic over the economic impact of last Friday's massive earthquake and tsunami knocked $620 billion off Japan's stock market over the first two days of this week, but the Nikkei index rebounded on Wednesday to end up 5.68 percent.

Nevertheless, estimates of losses to Japanese output from damage to buildings, production and consumer activity ranged from between 10 and 16 trillion yen ($125-$200 billion), up to one-and-a-half times the economic losses from the devastating 1995 Kobe earthquake.

Damage to Japan's manufacturing base and infrastructure is also threatening significant disruption to the global supply chain, particularly in the technology and auto sectors.

CHINA SUSPENDS NUCLEAR PLANS

Scores of flights to Japan have been halted or rerouted and air travelers are avoiding Tokyo for fear of radiation. On Wednesday, both France and Australia urged their nationals in Japan to leave the country as authorities grappled with the world's most serious nuclear accident since the Chernobyl disaster in Ukraine in 1986.

Russia said it planned to evacuate families of diplomat on Friday.

In a demonstration of the qualms about nuclear power that the crisis has triggered around the globe, China announced that it was suspending approvals for planned plants and would launch a comprehensive safety check of facilities.

China has about two dozen reactors under construction and plans to increase nuclear electricity generation about seven-fold over the next 10 years.

Russian President Medvedev said nuclear power was safe provided power stations were built in the right place and designed and managed properly. Russia ordered checks at nuclear facilities on Tuesday.

In Japan, the plight of hundreds of thousands left homeless by the earthquake and devastating tsunami that followed worsened following a cold snap that brought snow to worst-affected areas.

Supplies of water and heating oil are low at evacuation centers, where many survivors wait bundled in blankets.

"It's cold today so many people have fallen ill, getting diarrhea and other symptoms," said Takanori Watanabe, a Red Cross doctor in Otsuchi, a low-lying town where more than half the 17,000 residents are still missing.

While the official death toll stands at around 4,000, thousands are listed as missing and the number of dead is expected to rise.

At the Fukushima plant, authorities have spent days desperately trying to prevent water designed to cool the radioactive cores of the reactors from evaporating, which would lead to overheating and possibly a dangerous meltdown.

Until the heightened alarm about No.3 reactor, concern had centered on damage to a part of the No.4 reactor building, where spent rods were being stored in pools of water, and also to part of the No.2 reactor that helps to cool and trap the majority of cesium, iodine and strontium in its water.

Japanese officials said they were talking to the U.S. about possible help at the plant.

Concern has mounted that the skeleton crews dealing with the crisis might not be big enough or were exhausted after working for days since the earthquake damaged the facility.

Authorities withdrew 750 workers for a time on Tuesday, briefly leaving only 50. All those remaining were pulled out for almost an hour on Wednesday because radiation levels were too high, but they were later allowed to return. By the end of the day, about 180 were working at the plant.

RADIATION IN TOKYO NOT A THREAT TO HUMAN HEALTH

In the first hint of international frustration at the pace of updates from Japan, director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said he wanted more timely and detailed information.

"We do not have all the details of the information so what we can do is limited," Amano told a news conference in Vienna. "I am trying to further improve the communication."

Several experts said the Japanese authorities were underplaying the severity of the incident, particularly on a scale called INES used to rank nuclear incidents. The Japanese have so far rated the accident a four on a one-to-seven scale, but that rating was issued on Saturday and since then the situation has worsened dramatically.

France's nuclear safety authority ASN said on Tuesday it should be classed as a level-six incident.

At its worst, radiation in Tokyo reached 0.809 microsieverts per hour on Tuesday -- 10 times below what a person would receive if exposed to a dental x-ray. For Wednesday, radiation levels were barely above average.

But many Tokyo residents stayed indoors. Usually busy streets were nearly deserted. Many shops and offices were closed.

Winds over the plant blew out toward the Pacific Ocean on Wednesday.

Japanese media have became more critical of Kan's handling of the disaster and have criticized the government and plant operator Tokyo Electric Power Co. for their failure to provide enough information on the incident.

Nuclear radiation is an especially sensitive issue for Japanese following the country's worst human catastrophe -- the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.

The full extent of the destruction was slowly becoming clear as rescuers combed through the tsunami-torn region north of Tokyo where officials say at least 10,000 people were killed.

There have been hundreds of aftershocks and more than two dozen were greater than magnitude 6, the size of the earthquake that severely damaged Christchurch, New Zealand, last month -- powerful enough to sway buildings in Tokyo.

About 850,000 households in the north were still without electricity in near-freezing weather, Tohuku Electric Power Co. said, and the government said at least 1.5 million households lack running water. Tens of thousands of people were missing.

Growing A Global Business!!

Hello all my friends and assocaites I just wanted to let everyone know that I am back from vacation and ready to continue growing our business into a global enterprise. We will be going into new partnerships and ventures in the near future that will be most productive. Over the last year I have gone through a lot of personal problems and I have seen the economic changes in business. Some people I know have knocked me for not doing more to make this company a global enterprise. I have taken friends and partners comments into consideration and decided to make bigger changes to our business. In a effort to make a greater business I have not watched the stock market as much as I should have and that has resulted in our retail business has gone bad. I have instituted some new policy changes that i feel will help get us on the right track again. I have decided to dump the current phone provider and we in the short term future will be going with a better phone service much sooner. I will keep everyone posted on the new changes and update everyone as to what they all are after they are implemented. Hope everyone has a very blessed day!!

Learning about Social Media!!

Hello my friends,
I though I would start out by saying that now I am using
socail media for more than just personal things like I did in the past. I have been reading the power of using social media such as facebook and myspace and twitter etc. to publicize my busineeses and my talk show and music like I never did before. Ok call me late to catch on but it hit me recently that if you want to drag customers to your sites to buy or use your products then you should be using social media to bring in into your customer base and generate sales. When I started out thirty five years ago on bulliton boards and began learning how to be a programmer in Basic language who would have thoought that technology would come so far and so fast that in a generation about 33 years that business would need to use socail media to build a good customer base and good public relations would depend on the internet and using social media. well fast forward top the present day to the fact that if your not incorporating social media into a business plan such as I am doing then your business ventures are bound to fail. I have this year started to do what alot of other big busineses have allready done and that is to use social media to promote my companies and my music, talk show and other things that I am into. As of this point my companies are affilliated with alot of giant well known name businesses and I continue to see new market shares open up because the internet is a global medeuim in which you can make money and share the good will and possible phlanthophy of all the businesses that I am doing. I recently reading the biographies of Mark Zuckerberg who created Facebook which many things in his book made alot of sense about creating and builing a business. I came away with a new understanding of how public media is a great platform for business who want to grow and prosper in this new world of the digital age. Your company image really depends now on a good website with a shopping cart and public media to draw in uour customers to it as well as using other things like print and television ads. Lets face it folks the world has radically changed in how it buy and looks for products and services and so as a business if you want to be a success then you had better jump onto the internet and use it's resources to build your business or your going to be lost in the shuffle by your competitors. If you look at the top 100 world wide companies who are making billions they all use the internet and social media such as facebook and twitter etc. to keep up with thier image and to promote new products and services that they are getiing into as well as the ones that the brands that they allready handle both on and offline. So Even the Stock market is all online now and most everything offline is now online in this digital age so creating a new start up company or growing a existing one really depends on putting your company on the internet. So I drink to you and heres to your success everyone and to good cheer today lets go make some money as President and CEO of our business ventures since that is what makes everyones life much better.
With the new invention and growing usage of modern age devices that are mobile and connect to the internet it just makes a even bigger market share that as a business you can tap into and become a additional customer base for the for seeable futher so I am going ahead with a plan to use this untapped base for my businesses and you should be too if you want to grow your company profits for now and the future of your business.
Have a great day now and be blessed by GOD and pad your wallet... BIG SMILE!!!!

Year of 2010 and Decade comes To A Close Tommorrow!!

Well all my friends as I sit here and reflect on this year and the this decade coming to a end I have alot of things on my mind. I have alot of people who have made a big difference in my life and I want to thank them for all they have done. To my family and close friends I thank you for putting up with my sometimes changing personality and ideas over this year and decade. I want to thank George And Laura Bush The past President and first lady of America for their support of me and for offering me several White House cabinet jobs and for thier personal friendship and kindness, generousity over a long time. I want to Nancy Reagan for her kindness and help over the phone and for her insights and coaching that she has done over about two decades and thanks Ronald Reagan also and sad to see you dead and gone. I am greatly thankfull for the interesting phone calls and the friendship of Queen Elizebeth of England even though sometimes we have had a occassional misunderstanding this year and past years. I wish to thank Queen Elizabeth for offering to make me a Knight in a public ceremony and for all the other wonderfull things she has offered me this year and in past years. I want to thank past Prime Minister Tony Blair for his thoughtfull phone calls to me and for all the other people who have made my life richer at 10 Downing Street London,England and Buckingham Palace for thier knidness and interesting chatting on the phone with them and for all thier help. I decided to come forward and thank the people who around the world have made my life interesting and helped me. I don't gain any money or anything else by doing this writing about all this just thank I want to thank the people who I have met and also those I have talked to on the phone at great length about the status of the world today. I want to thank German Chancelor and President Angela Merkel for her friendship with me and phone conversations about world problems and her openness and willingness to listen to my thoughts and ideas this year and for her offer to insist on my attendance to the Nato meetings in Brussells Belgium and the G_12 economic summit as a representitive of America. I want to thank current President Barack Oboma and His wife and White House cabinet people including Attorney General Eric Holder,Defense Secertary Donald Rumsfeld and others from the White House with the interesting phone conversations this year. I also want to thank Barack Oboma for offering me a cabinet level job as Secertary of State to replace the current person Hilliary Clinton and to take over her job and to consider me for a duel role as head of running the campain reelection team for Barack Oboma's second term in office. I wish to be your friend still as you asked me Barack if we could be friends and work together the answer is still yes to that and I enjoyed talking to you alot and thanks for inviting me to lunch with you and meet with you at Camp David. To Vladimir Putin of Russia thanks for calling me several times and you got lots to talk about but sorry I was in so much of a hurry when you called me so I could not get alot of my points across to you this year. To murdered India Prime Minister Benazear Butto I miss talking to you on the phone and your friendship and as you had much to talk about and opened your heart to me about many things. I talked to Benazear Bhutto's son who asked me if I could get Nato to provide protection for him and his family fearing his whole family would be soon murdered and he wants to run for Prime minister in his country in the footsteps of his mother. I want to thank Donald Trump for his invatation to be on his tv show the Apprentice and his hope that I would win and all his kindness and help from the Trump organization in perticular his staff. I want to thank the tv shows producers in Hollywood California for asking me to join the TV show THE BIGGEST LOSER this year and for offering me a plane free plane ticket and all exspenses paid to their tv show set on location. Oh Yes I do want to thank Jimmy Carter for his phone calls to me this year and for his support and his solid advise on dealing with world leaders and the powerfully rich I thank you it helped greatly. If I have missed anyone in the world who I have forgotten who called me or met me in person or both I do appologize for my error and will gladly add your name to my list of public thanks.. This year has been a busy year for me and so too this decade and I just want to give credit to all the nice people and foriegn goverments who have come to me for advise and for all the great things offered to me by them, I thank you.. I hope that year 2011 will be a great new year and another chance to make hopefully a bigger difference in the world and promote my country of America and the Christian values that I hold dear to and become a greater success for myself too. In passing thought my life has been biszare in many ways but very much interesting and sometimes very dangerous to live with the secret enemies I have to deal with on this planet earth which are allways a real threat to my continued life and freedom but I have learned to manage it all with Gods help. I want to also Thank God and Jesus Christ for allways being here for me and for saving my neck from being ruined or worse dead. Have a blessed day to all my friends around the world and to my ex wife Michelle,my family and my two dogs Buddy and Brownie.... Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!

Remembering A Friend!!

Today is a deeply sad day for me as I have lost a good friend and the entire family mark the passing yesterday of a great personal friend of mine Gina White. I know that thoughout the past ten or more years that I have been fortunate to know her and be friends with her that she has allways helped me alot even sometimes when she sensed I needed it but did not ask for it. I just want to send my condolences to all her family and to say that i will miss her niceness, caring, giving and her smile and humor. This wonderfull person of real faith in God and lover of the Christian Church will be be surely missed by me,my mother and both my dogs who are friends of Gina White. As I sit here at ths computer counsole I remember a person who posessed more in good caracter, wisdom and personality than most women i have met in my life yet still she had not much for physical wealth but sure made up for it in a Masters Degree being blind and not able to see. Gina taught everyone that nothing is impossible if God is involved and to reach for your dreams allways no matter how many enemies you make and bad people that try to sell you out or drag you down as she allways said that to me including about a week ago. Her motto is allways been life is too short to to fail God and not persue things of Godly nature to include work, school and relationships etc. So I sit here and as a public statement of caring and appreciation for Gina White who loved everyone and shared everything she had I thank you Gina White for everything good that you gave me and done for me in my lifetime and being a good friend and a mentor to me all the years I have known you. Rest In Peace My Friend... Yours allways===>> Rick Norton

Your Money Invested!!

Hello Friends,
I woke up this morning with alot of ideas and money on my mind today and how it is best to invest it. I have been reading the financial section like I do every week and something really hit me that I don't think many other editors have written about much and that is the price of gold and other more valuable commodities. I just struck me that with all the Federal Reserve Bank is doing to prop up our failing economy that none of the markets and the Fed bank are really protected by a dollar bill currency that is backed by anything that has any real value tied to gold or diamonds. I know that statement might be considered wrong because over many decades the Federal Reserve has put real gold bullion into the vault at Fort Knox and possible another location but if you put the total value of all the gold that this country owns verses the amount of paper money printed then you see that the value of the dollar changes to almost nothing or no value. This all compared to the meager value of all precious metal including gold presently stored in any safe holding area means that our dollar bill as a currency is worth only the paper it is printed on and no more than that. No wonder why we have become the largest debtor nation on earth and yet we continue to out spend our own GDP and real net worth in gold by a huge margin. This is why we are a economic melt down is slowly happening in his country and why we are losing jobs and productivity due to our high tax and wastefull spending habits as a nation. Every time we increase the national debt ceiling we increase the amount of pain that the current generations have to bear which includes a poor economy but also the future generations of young kids who are going to find it even harder to make something of themselves due to our lack of financial sanity. So you be asking your self so why does this effect my own investing strategy and how much will I have to work until I can retire and live on my savings and investments? Good question for my readers to consider and look at thier own net worth. Well heres the answer and that is takes about $300,000 dollars in accumulated wealth to just live what little years you have left after you retire to still have a home and food and some bills paid based on current inflation. The current value of the dollar bills you have you would get about 9 years living that way and your investment accounts and savings accounts would be broke which is why so many Americans are allready broke or facing being broke due to the national debt and cost of living. So my prediction is that gold will hit $3000.00 a ounce by March of year 2011 and that is why it is a good idea to buy gold now intead of waiting for some time later. While some blue chip stocks are a good investment still and most people run to bonds when the stock market goes sour but nothing beats the real value of gold and other metals and diamonds. So investing in a hard currency that has a value and will never completely lose that value is allways a smart decision. Look at your own debt to net worth ratio and see where you can increase it and decrease your overall debt and also add more value by buying gold, diamonds and other valueable metals that is a good way to weather the poor economic ressession that we as all Americans are going through. Have a great now my friends and enjoy your day of Wednesday and stay warm!!!!

Winter Cold Blast and Climate Changes!!!

Hello everyone today well well cold sure has come to this northern region and today it is 14 degrees here which I say is nice for the snow lovers but not for me. Yup you know that christmas is coming soon and in fact 15 days it will be here. Wow this year has surely gone fast and this year has been a strange one for me and alot of people I know. Can hardly believe that it is perdicted a foot a snow for tonight and a warming trend this weekend if you call fifty degrees warm. I see the weather map and most of the country is in a artic type freeze right now. Just a few weeks back old man winter dumped about three feet of snow in Chicago and the twin cities of Minnapolis and Saint Paul Minnasota. I have been to that area and you can tell the climate change from the rest of the country as even during summer it is still sometimes during the day bitter cold and never gets past fourty degrees day time temps. I don't know how those people can stand that type of cold and want to continue living with it full time. This year is even more different as the extreme south of the USA is getting bitter cold temps just the sameas new england is getting this December. I think the whole country has changed due to major climate changes that are reflection of the slow deterioration of planet earths noorth and south poles as well as the deforestation of the amazon rain forest and other key parts of the worlds eco system. One recent study suggested that I watched on discovery channel suggests a more grim prospect for the future of earth and that is going to have another Ice Age which would wipe out most of life thst currently exists. My opinion is that after watching and studying the data from various sources of information and different core samples from earth plus much more it all points to some where in future time this planet is going to suffer a catastrophic event that is goiing to change earths core and crust to a frigid cold or blazing inferno. Either way the search for another planet is a neccessasary thing to do and will give the hoe to all animal, human and plants and treees etc. when this planet is no longer habitable. You also have to look at the large metorites in space as a real continued threat to our existance on earth due to the size and number of them. The fact that we as earthlings have already experianced the destructive power of this kind of event hitting earth and we can look at a good example of that event that created the grand canyon in Arizona. So that alone could set this planet into another ice age or worse. Another more recent type of climate change example is Mount Penatubo when it erupted and spewed lava and ash that covered most of the earth with it. The ash other particles were carried some as far as 15,000 miles away from the mountain itself which harmed plant and amil and human life for many years to come. These are just some climate events that lead me to think that with the cold being so exstreme this year and each year it ha s gotten worse that on a scientific basis I think it worth noting that with all the wars and famine and poverty and other things that plague this planet are revelavant but not as important as where earth is headed to and why and how are we not going to prevent our race and all plant and animal life from being wiped out by natural events such as a Ice Age or metorite slamming into our planet from some far away place.. I think we as a human race have much more to learn from our planet and galaxy history and present as to how and what is going to be a real threat to our continued existance and how best to prevent this planet from from dieing on us. some more recent estimates show from scientific data that Nasa Space agentcy and independent research suggests a far more darker prospect for the overal longeveity of earth based on it's current rate of decay that we may only have only have another mellenium or about one thousand years of life of time left before this planet is a dead planet for life and resources. That is not a good prospect for earth and something that is more to fear and get to understand about earth that we all live on than man made problems. even though some of those are acellerating these planet and climate changes. Some important things for my readers world wide to ponder and do something abot to improve earth. Have a great day everyone and enjoy your weekend!!! BIG SMILE!!!!!

Hmm. Learning About My Readership!!

Hello friends I just got myself quite a shock at the list of countries that read my blog as I never been to that menu and oh my I can say I am stunned at how many people have come to my blog page. Ok Ok I been been ignorant and thought no one was reading this page at all till I just clicked on a world view map and got my eyes opened. Ok my life is not easy and right now it is very hard but I guess I thought no one would ever read my blog here. Hmmmm.. Guess I am wrong and sorry to my reader for being blind as to what I post here and not knowing that this page is read in I counted about 19 countries around the world. I appologize for not knowing and since it is that well read it means I will try now from here on to improve this page with more content and less of my personal woes and pain of life. Since I am the editor I will try to bring more quality journalism to this page and who knows maybe this page will the catalist for starting a regular newspaper online which I have thought of doing many times. I have written many books and some are published with those that did get published making it to the New York Times best seller list so that i am still proud of. So with that note at the end of the day I will continue to write to this and improve on it since now I know it is worth while doing it.. I also want to note that I just started today writing on a journalism forum called 1source.com and hope to make some good things happen with that soon. I started a new music page to promote my music on OURSTAGE.com/JohnNorton and in spite of my lifes woes I still plan on making a music video and show of my tunes that I have written. I unfortunately have not done anything with my www.exploretalent.com/johnnorton page to get movie and modeling contracts but I will have to turn to doing more about that sooner. Have A Blessed Day Now To EVeryone!!!!!!!

Recent Update to Blog And My Life!!

Well all my friends it is the beginning of the worst part of the year that ugly nasty thing called winter is here being that is December 7th today. I see that my readership has increased recently which is just really great as I finally got to putting a page counter on this page that actually works. I tried many different page counters but they all failed till Google finally put this available to me and I love it cause it works with no bugs. I just proofed my page and I do see a few links have failed to work and shortly I will get to fixing them sooner. Sorry my friends and visitors for the not being as prompt on the updates this year but I still am dealing with computer and bad money problems. I would love to be here more and keep this page more interesting but I am financially failing and about all I own this month. To add insult to injury my car blew a fuel pump and it is stranded at my friends house while I work out how to get money to fix car. Well as of November 30th I got evicted out of the temporary apartment that I was living in and the same week I got my supplemental income cut off too. So the money I planned to use to go home to Forida at the end of November is a no a total zero as in I am broke and stranded in a place I hate with a passion with winter cold. Well since December 1st I have slept in my car until my friends have told me politely that they don't want to see me very often about 4 times a month. I am told by all my variety of friends how wonderfull their lives are in comparison to me being stuck in a winter place that is going to end up killing me sooner if I can't get a real house to live in and money from somewhere. Tonight I am forced to walk the streets freezing to death and it makes me really realize how little people really care about me when I have no job and and I am stranded in a place that is going to end my life. Even if I go back to my car at a friends house they don't want me hanging around and trying to keep on living with what I own including seeing my dog which they have been caring for since December 1St.. I appreciate all the help I have gotten from these people but they never are able to see my point of view and that is I never have had much in life and all I got I worked for and some came more recently from a family trust fund for me. I am trying to hang on to what little I still own and my two vehicles and my dog and when you don't live a life of over $4000.00 a week in income like all my other friends do you learn how to do the impossible and live with little to nothing for money. You really find out how much people care about you when your given a lecture about being a fourty something yer old man who is a failure and given 4 bucks and dumped at a homeless shelter and told bye and see you next week or in a few weeks. I now know this is why I hate this state and the attitude of people here who only care about you if you got money and a fancy house and plenty of toys. As soon as you show themyou got nothing the tune changes to what are we goiing to do with hima and get lost loser and come back a week or so or never from a homeless shelter and sorry pal I am not paying your bills or anything else. Real friends would not care about how much it costs or how long you would stay with them just that you would have a place to live away from the freezing cld of winter that kill people. You soon learn none of that matter if you don't show any money and other things of wealth.. this is my story today!!!

Changing Careers

Well it is Monday for sure and today I am feeling kinda stuck creative wise so I decided to write something. It all ways seems that Monday is the harderst day to get something done and be involved in a work project. I still think a career based on productive output is better than stagnation.it is difficult to change a career when you have done it for so long and like it. Money issues all ways put a limit on ones life and achievements. Living longer is a blessing and something to appreciate but money and career can and will lift you up or sink your life. Funny how one single thing in life called money has the power to bring good to you and increase your life or totally destroy it. Unfortunately most people fall into to category of being wrecked by money and that is from being broke most of the time. I guess that is why the bible says money is the root of all evil when you never gave it or enough of it to live long on earth. Just think if everyone has a million dollars then no one would die early in life and the entire population of earth would be a achieving and globally advancing civilization. Food for thought given the state of our current economic woes that all nations face currently. If everyone on earth was rich then who would need war and all its weapons. If every living person on earth has a million dollars then all the crime and poverty would disappear then as a human race we would not need prisons and a justice system or for a matter of fact much of any social programs that we bow have. Life for all humans would be great and even the animals would benefit too from our new found wealth and freedom. Think about how much better everything would be for all of earth. This is my thoughts for today and a proposal to improve all of earth and mankind. Blessing to everyone and have a wonderful day now my friends.

a new year!

Surely I got a lot of changes recently that make me look younger and a pretty young blonde told me my age is not a factor in her mind cause she thinks I sm youth looking for my age. I smiled and thanked her for her kindness. very nice to be commented on what she said I'd good looks. I never put any efforts into my looks since I feel that would make me look shallow person which I am not. Time sure has gone fast and you do notice that age number more past fourty something..
Well it sure has been a while since I posted to here. I just had a new birthday and now I am 42 but some days I feel older.

Meeting New People!!

I thought I would reflect on this days events and in perticularly one younger women. I met her today while riding the bus to get some food that I needed and she told me that she is twenty nine years old and has lived in many places. I am amazed to hear her describe all the places including Italy and California etc. that she has lived and been too. She was most imformative about all aspects of the places she has been which was interesting to me since I never have been there. The more I talked to her it made me realize how much she had accomplished in her life and that my life has gone pretty much no where compared to hers and she is about half my age. It forced me to reaccess my own life while talking to her and learning from her alot of new things about what it is to be a traveling successfull person. I thought in my life that I have seen and done alot but then you meet someone new and listen to their life story then you realize all the things you have missed out on. It is hard to swallow that someone who is half your age has gone more places and done more fun and interesting things in life than you have done which really is awefull. My age is a further insult that I have not done all the interesting things that she has done including living in many interesting places which I have never even seen let alone ever have lived in nice places like her. Granted I may come across as being jealous but in truth I am not at all feelling that way but instead just realize how much of a small box my life has become unfortunately for me. So I just decided to write about it here as a way of venting my frustration at how life has become so stuck in a box and seemly not many ways of changing it these days. That is all I got to say for today but it is allways good to share things sometimes when your out of ideas and creative process which I find this year is all about.

Actor John Forsythe Died Yesterday!!!

I wanted to comment on John Forsythe Death today and include his obituary peice as I allways thought he would someday follow in the footsteps of Ronald Reagan and become President of The United States. He sure had the personality and caracter to do the job and when he was on the tv show Dallas he just made me more convinced he show go run for the Presidential Oval Office. He Would have made a great President and probabily would have also been reelected to a full second term in the White House. It is sad we will never know how great he could have been in the Oval Office since he has died now. Sometimes in life you meet a person and it just screams out a certian caracter that is right for public office and this man sure had the right stuff. Here is his obituary and this is my tribute to a real great man who should have been called and elected MR. PRESIDENT.

LOS ANGELES – John the handsome, smooth-voiced actor who made his fortune as the scheming oil tycoon in TV's "Dynasty" and the voice of the leader of "Charlie's Angels" has died after a yearlong battle with cancer. He was 92.

Forsythe died late Thursday at his home in Santa Ynez from complications of pneumonia, publicist Harlan Boll said Friday.

"He died as he lived his life, with dignity and grace," daughter Brooke Forsythe said.

Despite his distinguished work in theater and films, Forsythe's greatest fame came from his role as Blake Carrington in the 1981-89 primetime soap opera "Dynasty." Forsythe lent dignity to the tale of murder, deceit, adultery and high finance, which often brought Carrington into conflict with his flashy, vengeful former wife, Alexis Colby, played to the hilt by Joan Collins.

Forsythe was an important part of another hit series without being seen. From 1976 to 1981 he played the voice of Charlie, the boss who delivered assignments to his beautiful detectives via telephone in "Charlie's Angels."

Forsythe evidenced little of the ego drive that motivates many actors. He viewed himself with a self-effacing humor, considering himself "a vastly usable, not wildly talented actor."

In a 1981 interview by a reporter, he also said: "I figure there are a few actors like Marlon Brando, George C. Scott and Laurence Olivier who have been touched by the hand of God. I'm in the next bunch."

With his full head of silver hair, tanned face and soothing voice, Forsythe as Carrington attracted the ardor of millions of female television viewers. "It's rather amusing at my advanced age (mid-60s) to become a sex symbol," he cracked.

While he had small roles in a couple of films in the early 1940s, Forsythe's first successes were mainly on the stage. While serving during World War II, he was cast in Moss Hart's Air Force show "Winged Victory," along with many other future stars.

After the war, Forsythe became a founding member of the Actors Studio, recalling it as "a wildly stimulating place for a guy like me who was a babe in the woods. I never suspected there was that kind of artistry and psychological approach to acting."

Declining a return to Warner Bros., Forsythe began appearing in television plays as early as 1947, and he continued his Broadway career. A role in Arthur Miller's "All My Sons" led to the awesome task of replacing Henry Fonda in "Mister Roberts."

He was next able to create a role of his own, as the naive Army officer in occupied Okinawa in "Teahouse of the August Moon." The play was a huge success, winning the Pulitzer Prize. "It gave me a sense of worth as an actor," Forsythe remarked.

The call to Hollywood was irresistible, and Forsythe came west to star in such films as "The Captive City," "The Glass Web" and "Escape from Fort Bravo." His best break came in 1955 when he starred in Alfred Hitchcock's one attempt at whimsy, "The Trouble with Harry," about a corpse that kept turning up in a New England town.

But Forsythe's film roles were limited because he was already busy in television. The comedy "Bachelor Father," in which he played a Hollywood lawyer who cared for his teenage niece, lasted from 1957 to 1962, appearing successively on CBS, NBC and ABC.

His later films included "Madame X" (opposite Lana Turner) and "In Cold Blood," Hitchcock's spy thriller "Topaz," "The Happy Ending" and "Goodbye and Amen."

"And Justice for All" (1979) marked a departure for the actor. Director Norman Jewison cast him as a judge with a kinky sex life.

"He wanted to create suspense on whether the judge was guilty of such dark deeds," Forsythe said.

He credited the role for causing him to be considered as the unscrupulous Carrington in "Dynasty."

"The producers didn't know what the hell they wanted," Forsythe recalled. "They talked to me in terms of J.R. in 'Dallas.' I said, 'Look, fellas, I don't want to play J.R. Part of my strength as an actor comes from what I've learned all these years: when you play a villain, you try to get the light touches; when you play a hero, you try to get in some of the warts."

He was born John Lincoln Freund on Jan. 29, 1918, in Penn's Grove, N.J.

He won an athletic scholarship to the University of North Carolina, had a stint as public address announcer for the Brooklyn Dodgers, then launched his struggle to become an actor against the wishes of his father. Having had his name mispronounced all his life, he adopted the name of Forsythe, which came from his mother's family.

He toured the country in a children's theater troupe with his first wife, actress Parker McCormick, and began appearing in radio soap operas and Broadway plays.

His first marriage ended after the birth of a son, Dall. During the run of "Winged Victory," Forsythe married another actress, Julie Warren. They had two daughters, Page in 1950, Brooke in 1954.

When not acting, Forsythe maintained a strong interest in politics and sports, often playing in charity tennis tournaments. A devoted environmentalist, he also narrated a long-running outdoor series, "The World of Survival."

In lieu of flowers, Forsythe's family asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.

The family said there will be no public service.

I am Back at work here!!

Well I am finally back to work on my blog here after having a disaster with my computer crashing. It forced me to have to rebuild everything I have lost
since my last posting in November 2009. Sometimes you got to painfully start over and it is not pleasent to do that if you lost most of your files and password. I am still recovering from a Vista operating system that frankly really is awefull and only works when it wants to. I have added new hardware here over Christmas time to try to hopefully never go through another crash again as I am more prepared for it now. I am back to writing and weeekly updating this blog and doing many new ventures. It seems as you grow older your creative process seems to become more than what you were in your twenties. Well that old addage I guess is true that the older you are the wiser you are and become over time. It does work out that you allways are doing something for the better of yourself but that you hope you are making a positive impact on all the people you meet and all the people you have as friends. Christmas was really great for me and shared it with frfriends and my small family and had a good time with all them. I have had my share of ups and downs but I am still writing books and articles about subjects that are important to me which is allways good to do since that makes all my readers have a opinion and a voice as well as me. Finally I am glad to be back and posting to here and writing about thing like world events and much more that are interesting to me as well as everyone who reads my blog here. Look forward to new Ideas and articles from me here and alot of major blog improvement as I will be doing that too. So take care and blessed be everyone and have a wonderfull day.

Jesus Christ and education!!!

I had a recent descussion with my new women friend recently about the fact that their os a lack of freedom of choice for the younger generation to pray to god and Jesus in the public school system. In pure simple terms according to my women friend the lack of knowledge in younger generations of morals and of bible based education is turning out kids who know nothing and have no values. I say this is great that some people realize the problems that public education has and what needs to be done to fix it. Sometimes I realize that problems take longer to solve but that there is also a future solution that makes sense to do. Looking at the scope of prayer in public schools being denied by law and the refusal of many schools not allowing the use of the pledge of alledgence on school you can certianly see the erosion of our basic of education. Should this continue we will have kids who know nothing about god and nothing about our countries history. I ask the basic question if we do this what are the future leaders of America going to be like? The answer is shocking and that it will be a nation of know nothing kids with no direction in life and worse no nothing about faith and totally lacking in moral caracter. This is wrong for us as a people and a nation to be doing this to our younger generations. The other problem is all the bad debt that is going to be piled onto them from our wastefull excess spending that we do in this nation. We need to reverse this problem too so our kids and grand kids are not saddled with our stupidity of financial mistakes. This being fixed for both us and the younger people along with a change to a good Christian based education will turn out kids with college degrees and a good life foundation in christian faith. These changes are important to do for the well being and productiveness of our younger kids who all need this changes.

Debutante dishonesty!!

Well the morning is allways a new time on creating a list of things to do and places to go. waking up in a world of ungodly persons makes someone feels like the odd man out sometimes. In reflecting on ones own life experiances and who you might date and one day in the future might be married to allways be carefull to get to know ever aspect of a debutante. I am allways remember that passage in the holy bible where Jesus taught the parable that ended with saying a strange women is a deep pit that you can fall into and never get away from the destruction and deceit that such a person of evil origan can do to mans life, liberty and freedom. I see in my own life and the lives of some friends that Jesus is right. My experiance has taught me to look and ask questions from your prospective future women friend or wife what they really think and to check out everything they say all the time. women unfortunately in the later part of the 20 and 21st century have been taught to be a whore and lie, cheat and steal and to be evil. granted some women in our modern times that we live in are good to the heart and the core of values but sadly those that are of good are a small percentage now. I can clearly see the moral code and values of the female gender have erroded to the part of cave prehistoric evil mentality driven by hated and greed. It is shocking to me that a women that I know says with joy and boldness that she uses men and she is hoe short for as she and many other women explain it as being a whore. I recently sat with this women and asked her why she is proud to be a whore and the response I got is that all her women friends are the same. This truely makes me see why the American family as a unit failing because one part of our human race is raising the following generations to have no morals and anything that is evil is now considered to worth great value. The worst of it all is that women of marriage age have adopted Satan and other evil things in there lives instead of reading the bible and following Jesus Christs teachings. So much has been written about the modern family and in perticularly the American family for which I am really concerned about and how it is going to be in the future generations if we as a family and country called America continue to teach the next generations that anything goes and doing evil to your fellow human is ok. Morality used to be a standard by which we as a people and a nation used to do but now we have women getting pregnant for money and strung out on drugs and calling themselves a whore. It worries and concerns me that with this attitude most women have now and self image being very poor how are we as a human race going to survive and prosper in the present and future. Women are a primary component to the family structure and needed to continue the human race. I know when I write articles like this it makes one think that I hate women or that I have a grudge against women but the truth is no and I love women but I am discouraged by the loss of morality and self worth that I see women of my generation x and younger are about now. I wonder if this is just a fad or is this adoption of a permanent shift in female thinking that is the absence of god and any moral or ethics other than anything evil is normal?????.. I do reconize the shift in the last 30 years from good and god to evil now with anything goes and it is ok to what ever you want to do with no morals and ethics. From a Christian point of view which I come from this is very wrong and the holy bible needs to become the backbone of the modern women and American family as well as the rest of this planet earth. This would end the falling apart of the modern family and increase the morals and ethics of everyone. People would many times say that my ideas and opinions are too futureistic or too radical for this new mellenium but then I hear and see the same general complaints from many people I have talked to over the last decade. I find that friends are the most vocal about this shift that I write about in this article and hear about them having to deal with this agony and annoying problem. I think a larger descussion of these problems and ideas is what might help alot of people in perticularly women who are lost in a abyss of lies and faulty ethics and morals. I welcome all comments here bur please no swearing here in your responses.
Jesus and god is the light and the truth for all man and women on earth and reading the holy bible gives you wisdom and knowledge which everyone on earth should do.

I love America and christian bible doctrine even though I have frustration and anger at the loss of our faith in god and our freedom and liberty and our constitution in the origianal form that it was written and adopted for America by Americans.
God bless the good of the world.

Decisions to make!!

Well it is hard to make a decision sometimes when you feel pulled on a few different directions at the same time. Meeting new people is certianly great except when you have to explain how you do a certian task or project and how it all fits intoy way of doing life. Sometimes it is frustrating to fail at having someone else reach hopefully the same conclusion as I have done. There is allways going to be a difference by two persons being different ages but aside from that it is still a daily challenge to just sometimes make any agreement work at all. I really think the older you get the more set in your ways you become and the less you likealing changes in ones life. Yes that might seem cynical but age unfortu
ately does make a difference. I have written many articles over the years about how people do a bout face when meeting Jesus christ and accepting the bible principles into ones life. The sad part is that it usually takes a tragic personal event toake that conversion to Christian faith even if the person had a different viewpoint early in childhood years. Change sure is a funny thing to grasp sometimes in life. I recall many times in my life where change was not for the better of me but then you learn as you age to accept the bitter things as well as the good too in life. This is true of anyone living on earth and seeing a new mellenium unfold as of the time frame that we are in beig the 21st century.

Good Sumaritins Give Starving Puppy A New Life And Love!!!

PROVIDENCE — Michelle Desrosiers has seen many things while driving her dump truck for the Department of Transportation, but she probably won’t forget what an inmate she was working with found on the railroad tracks. Willie On Monday, Desrosiers was working with minimum-security inmates at the Adult Correctional Institutions who were picking up trash along Route 95. As she drove her dump truck northbound near the Eddy Street overpass, an inmate called out to her. There was a tiny dog walking along the railroad tracks, Desrosiers recalled Thursday. When he retrieved the puppy and brought it to Desrosiers, she could not believe her eyes. Nearly every bone in the Chihuahua puppy’s spine was visible. “He was just a skinny bag of bones. I couldn’t believe he that he could actually walk. When the inmate picked him up, the puppy was so content that someone had finally rescued him,” Desrosiers said. Just minutes after the inmate had taken the puppy off the railroad track the train came through, Desrosiers said.
“They should call him Lucky because he got saved twice,” she said. Desrosiers took him to the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, but not before the inmates offered the starving pup some water, which he did not take. He did accept tiny pieces of bologna inmates offered him from their lunch. Dr. E.J. Finocchio, head of the RISPCA, said the puppy weighed 2.3 pounds, about half the weight of a Chihuahua. Finocchio said the puppy is critically ill. Workers named the pup Willie, for Box Car Willie, an American country music singer, because he was found on the railroad tracks. Finocchio sent the pup to the Dighton-Rehoboth Animal Hospital in North Dighton, Mass., where he is being treated and has gained five ounces. Finocchio said Willie is reported to be severely emaciated, dehydrated, anemic and infested with fleas.
Finocchio said the puppy is slowly regaining his appetite and that his recovery will require a lot of care and veterinary costs, which are being covered by the Marvin Fund. Because of the puppy’s severe condition, Finocchio could not say if he would survive. “He deserves a second chance,” he said.

Patrick Swayse Dies Today At Age 57

LOS ANGELES – Patrick Swayze, the hunky actor who danced his way into moviegoers' hearts with "Dirty Dancing" and then broke them with "Ghost," died Monday after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 57.
Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months," his publicist, Annett Wolf, said in a statement Monday evening. Swayze died in Los Angeles, Wolf said, but she declined to give further details.
Fans of the actor were saddened to learn in March 2008 that Swayze was suffering from a particularly deadly form of cancer. He kept working despite the diagnosis, putting together a memoir with his wife and shooting "The Beast," an A&E drama series for which he had already made the pilot.
Swayze said he opted not to use painkilling drugs while making "The Beast" because they would have taken the edge off his performance. The show drew a respectable 1.3 million viewers when the 13 episodes ran in 2009, but A&E said it had reluctantly decided not to renew it for a second season.
When he first went public with the illness, some reports gave him only weeks to live, but his doctor said his situation was "considerably more optimistic" than that. Swayze acknowledged that time might be running out given the grim nature of the disease.
"I'd say five years is pretty wishful thinking," Swayze told ABC's Barbara Walters in early 2009. "Two years seems likely if you're going to believe statistics. I want to last until they find a cure, which means I'd better get a fire under it."
C. Thomas Howell, who costarred with Swayze in "The Outsiders," "Grandview U.S.A." and "Red Dawn," said: "I have always had a special place in my heart for Patrick. While I was fortunate enough to work with him in three films, it was our passion for horses that forged a friendship between us that I treasure to this day. Not only did we lose a fine actor today, I lost my older 'Outsiders' brother.
Other celebrities used Twitter to express condolences, and "Dirty Dancing" was the top trending topic for a while Monday night, trailed by several other Swayze films.
Ashton Kutcher -- whose wife, Demi Moore, costarred with Swayze in "Ghost" -- wrote: "RIP P Swayze." Kutcher also linked to a YouTube clip of the actor poking fun at himself in a classic "Saturday Night Live" sketch, in which he played a wannabe Chippendales dancer alongside the corpulent -- and frighteningly shirtless -- Chris Farley.
Larry King wrote: "Patrick Swayze was a wonderful actor & a terrific guy. He put his heart in everything. He was an extraordinary fighter in his battle w Cancer." King added that he'd do a tribute to Swayze on his CNN program on Tuesday night.
A three-time Golden Globe nominee, Swayze became a star with his performance as the misunderstood bad boy Johnny Castle in "Dirty Dancing." As the son of a choreographer who began his career in musical theater, he seemed a natural to play the role.
A coming-of-age romance starring Jennifer Grey as an idealistic young woman on vacation with her family and Swayze as the Catskills resort's sexy (and much older) dance instructor, the film made great use of both his grace on his feet and his muscular physique.
It became an international phenomenon in the summer of 1987, spawning albums, an Oscar-winning hit song in "(I've Had) the Time of My Life," stage productions and a sequel, 2004's "Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights," in which he made a cameo.
Swayze performed and co-wrote a song on the soundtrack, the ballad "She's Like the Wind," inspired by his wife, Lisa Niemi. The film also gave him the chance to utter the now-classic line, "Nobody puts Baby in a corner."
Swayze followed that up with the 1989 action flick "Road House," in which he played a bouncer at a rowdy bar. But it was his performance in 1990's "Ghost" that showed his vulnerable, sensitive side. He starred as a murdered man trying to communicate with his fiancee (Moore) -- with great frustration and longing -- through a psychic played by Whoopi Goldberg.
Swayze said at the time that he fought for the role of Sam Wheat (director Jerry Zucker wanted Kevin Kline) but once he went in for an audition and read six scenes, he got it.
Why did he want the part so badly? "It made me cry four or five times," he said of Bruce Joel Rubin's Oscar-winning script in an AP interview.
"Ghost" provided yet another indelible musical moment: Swayze and Moore sensually molding pottery together to the strains of the Righteous Brothers' "Unchained Melody." It also earned a best-picture nomination and a supporting-actress Oscar for Goldberg, who said she wouldn't have won if it weren't for Swayze.
"When I won my Academy Award, the only person I really thanked was Patrick," Goldberg said in March 2008 on the ABC daytime talk show "The View."
Swayze himself earned three Golden Globe nominations, for "Dirty Dancing," "Ghost" and 1995's "To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar," which further allowed him to toy with his masculine image. The role called for him to play a drag queen on a cross-country road trip alongside Wesley Snipes and John Leguizamo.
His heartthrob status almost kept him from being considered for the role of Vida Boheme.
"I couldn't get seen on it because everyone viewed me as terminally heterosexually masculine-macho then. But he transformed himself so completely that when his screen test was sent to Steven Spielberg, whose Amblin pictures produced "To Wong Foo," Spielberg didn't recognize him.
Among his earlier films, Swayze was part of the star-studded lineup of up-and-comers in Francis Ford Coppola's 1983 adaptation of S.E. Hinton's novel "The Outsiders," alongside Rob Lowe, Tom Cruise, Matt Dillon, Ralph Macchio, Emilio Estevez and Diane Lane.
Other '80s films included "Red Dawn," "Grandview U.S.A." (for which he also provided choreography) and "Youngblood," once more with Lowe, as Canadian hockey teammates.
In the '90s, he made such eclectic films as "Point Break" (1991), in which he played the leader of a band of bank-robbing surfers, and the family Western "Tall Tale" (1995), in which he starred as Pecos Bill. He appeared on the cover of People magazine as its "Sexiest Man Alive" in 1991, but his career tapered off toward the end of the 1990s, when he also had a stay in rehab for alcohol abuse. In 2001, he appeared in the cult favorite "Donnie Darko," and in 2003 he returned to the New York stage with "Chicago"; 2006 found him in the musical "Guys and Dolls" in London.
Swayze was born in 1952 in Houston, the son of Jesse Swayze and choreographer Patsy Swayze, whose films include "Urban Cowboy."
He played football but also was drawn to dance and theater, performing with the Feld, Joffrey and Harkness Ballets and appearing on Broadway as Danny Zuko in "Grease." But he turned to acting in 1978 after a series of injuries.
Within a couple years of moving to Los Angeles, he made his debut in the roller-disco movie "Skatetown, U.S.A." The eclectic cast included Scott Baio, Flip Wilson, Maureen McCormack and Billy Barty.
Off-screen, he was an avid conservationist who was moved by his time in Africa to shine a light on "man's greed and absolute unwillingness to operate according to Mother Nature's laws," he told the AP in 2004.
Swayze was married since 1975 to Niemi, a fellow dancer who took lessons with his mother; they met when he was 19 and she was 15. A licensed pilot, Niemi would fly her husband from Los Angeles to Northern California for treatment at Stanford University Medical Center.
In February, Swayze wrote an op-ed piece in the Washington Post titled, "I'm Battling Cancer. How About Some Help, Congress?" in which he urged senators and representatives to vote for the maximum funding for the National Institutes of Health to fight cancer as part of the economic stimulus package.
He also appeared in the September 2008 live television event "Stand Up to Cancer," where he made this moving plea: "I keep dreaming of a future, a future with a long and healthy life, a life not lived in the shadow of cancer, but in the light. ... I dream that the word 'cure' will no longer be followed by the words 'is impossible.'"

Mike Jackson's New Grave Home for Him

GLENDALE, Calif. – One month after a lavish public memorial for
MR. Jackson, the pop singer's family prepared to inter him privately Thursday in a mausoleum filled with legendary entertainers.

On Wednesday, a judge said Jackson's estate will bear the funeral costs, which were characterized by an attorney as "extraordinary." It was disclosed in court that 12 burial spaces were being purchased at Forest Lawn Glendale, about eight miles north of downtown Los Angeles, but no details were offered on how they would be used.

In a declaration filed Wednesday by Katherine Jackson's attorney, Burt Levitch, stated that the cemetery told him the spaces had to be purchased as a unit and could not be subdivided.

"Mrs. Jackson and her family wish to honor her son by a funeral that seeks to offer solace to his multitude of fans and by which the family also may be comforted," Levitch wrote in the declaration.

A copy of the contract with the cemetery filed with the court has been redacted so that costs and details of Thursday's service have been removed.

Jackson will rest in the cemetery's Great Mausoleum with Hollywood stars including Clark Gable, Jean Harlow and W.C. Fields.

Jackson's funeral won't end the legal drama over his drug-induced death at age 50, which authorities have labeled a homicide. No criminal charges have been filed over his June 25 death, which came on the cusp of London concerts meant to restore Jackson to his once-incandescent stardom.

Last week, coroner's officials said they believed Jackson's death was homicide, and his death certificate has been amended to reflect that. It cites "injection by another" as the fatal injury.

Investigators have said a mix of the powerful anesthetic propofol and another sedative killed the pop singer. The new record lists "acute propofol intoxication" as the main cause of death and "benzodiazepine effect" as another significant contributor.

The certificate does not mention Dr. Conrad Murray, who was Jackson's personal physician. He told detectives that he gave the singer a series of sedatives and propofol to try to help him sleep.

The coroner's determination of homicide makes it easier for prosecutors to seek criminal charges, but does not necessarily mean a crime was committed.

Farrah Fawcett and Her Son Redmond Being Ripped Off Financially By Ex Lover!!

Recent questions have arisen as to why Greg had not seen Farrah in almost 3 years prior to her death. The question I am continually asked “If Greg loved Farrah so much why didn’t he see her?” The answer, "I didn't want to see her like that" Greg stated in his recent interview. Mr. Lott unable to find work, and washing cars in Lubbock, Tx found a way through Farrah to earn extra money selling her pictures and memorabilia online through the website. Greg Lott was contractually bound to send 75% of the proceeds from FarrahFawcett.us to help her charities and ailing father. As Farrah was living her last days, Greg's only mission was to have Farrah sign over her rights to the website and her likeness to him so he could profit further. Ryan O’Neal thwarted those plans by denying Greg access to Farrah when he was here from Texas. Additionally, Greg was advertising on the Farrahfawcett.us his ability to have a “personalized autographed photo of Farrah Fawcett” available for an additional fee. Greg continually sold these pictures to awaiting fans without having the ability to reach or see the dyeing Icon. Questions continually arise as to how these pictures magically contained Farrahs’ personalized wishes to her fans. Complaints of mail fraud, forgery and fraud have been lodged at Greg Lott and FarrahFawcett.us. The website and Farrah’s likeness are owned by Farrah’s estate and ultimately Redmond O’Neal. Today, the website is up and selling Farrah’s merchandise, so Greg is once again profiting from Farrah Fawcett ultimately cheating Farrah’s estate of the money it deserves.

Mike Jackson Funeral August 29th,2009

Michael Jackson will be buried Saturday, August 29, on what would have been the singer's 51st birthday, according to a statement from publicist Ken Sunshine. Katherine Jackson has proposed she or one of her children be added as an executor to Michael's will. The private ceremony will take place at Holly Terrace in The Great Mausoleum at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California, and "will be limited to family and close friends," the statement said. Jackson died June 25 of cardiac arrest. The famed entertainer was 50. Other Jackson plans have moved sluggishly. Monday, a judge delayed his approval of the exhibition agreement between concert promoter AEG Live and the Jackson estate until Friday, when he will hear testimony about why Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, thinks it should be renegotiated. The three-city exhibition of Jackson memorabilia could be derailed, as relations between Jackson's mother, the men Jackson named as executors of his will and the promoter of his planned comeback concerts have been challenging. Questions surrounding Michael Jackson's death and AEG Live's role in his last days are an "obvious source of tension" as Katherine Jackson objects to the agreement, Jackson attorney Burt Levitch said. Michael Jackson's family has "floated" the possibility of filing a wrongful-death lawsuit against AEG Live because of its "very, very active role in Michael's life during the last six months," Levitch said Monday. Levitch said AEG Live "apparently paid for the services of Dr. Conrad Murray, who we're told is under criminal investigation in connection with the decedent's death." Warrants used to search Murray's home and clinics indicated police were investigating his role in Jackson's June 25 death. A source with knowledge of the investigation told CNN that Murray gave the anesthetic propofol to Jackson in the 24 hours before he died. "There's an obvious link between AEG and concerns that we have about the decedent's demise," Levitch said. "So, that's one obvious source of tension right now."
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff set a November trial date to hear Katherine Jackson's potential challenge of John Branca and John McClain, who were named as executors in Michael Jackson's 2002 will. Katherine Jackson has proposed that she or one of her children be added as an executor. "We think it's important for the family to have a seat at the table," Levitch said. "It's not just a matter of making a quick buck here." A Jackson family member would be in the best position to guide Michael Jackson's legacy, he said. Beckloff delayed a decision until Friday on Katherine Jackson's objection to the agreement made by Branca and McClain, who are serving for now as special administrators of the estate, to allow AEG Live to produce a Michael Jackson exhibition. Jackson lawyers argued in Monday's hearing that the 50-50 split of profits for the exhibition was too generous to AEG Live, but estate lawyers said they negotiated the best terms possible. AEG Live lawyer Kathy Jorrie said any further delay in approval would cause the company to abandon the deal and the company would not renegotiate. AEG Live would hold the exhibition just as a documentary about Jackson's last months hits theaters at the end of October. "It's important to the world that we present them with the memorabilia at the time the movie is released," Jorrie said. The judge has approved a merchandising agreement and the movie deal, both of which were adjustments to the contract Jackson signed with AEG Live earlier this year for a string of 50 comeback concerts that were to start last month in London, England. Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman said canceling the exhibition deal could cost the Jackson estate $5 million

Atlantic Storm Hurricane Bill

Hurricane Bill headed west-northwest over the open Atlantic on Tuesday on a path toward Bermuda that would likely keep it clear of the US East Coast but could spell trouble for Canada's Maritime Provinces. Bill's top winds grew to 105 miles per hour and the Category 2 storm..
